Tunstall Nordic Quality Management Policy

Tunstall Nordics QMS Policy summarizes the essential components of our Quality Management System. We believe quality management is important to ensure compliance to, internal and external requirements, as well for ensuring brand value and recognition.

We commit to ensure that the quality policy is reviewed annually, distributed internally, and available for required third parties and stakeholders on the web.

The main components of the QMS are:

Customer Focus

Working with customers and customer feedback to ensure that products, services and operations always are up for review to ensure that we meet customer and market demand requirements.

Goals and Measurements

We will set clear quality goals, measure our performance in key activities, and use the data collected to make informed and effective decisions on how to improve our processes.

A Quality Mindset

Creating a quality mind-set with the objective of developing, manufacturing and providing products with zero defects and compliant services that are trusted and preferred by individuals and customers to deliver on our promises to enable more secure and healthier lives.

Process Focus

We are looking to manage our activities and resources through planned processes to ensure that products and services are correct (with high quality) and according to expectations, while still seeking for high efficiency.

Comply with requirements

We look to work with continuous identification – implementation – and compliance validation, towards relevant laws and regulations as well as internal and external stakeholder requirements.

Engagement of people

Encouraging participation and promotion of quality responsibilities amongst all employees and third parties through standards, education, supervision and communication. At Tunstall ownership, engagement, participation and support is vital to ensure quality objectives and policy compliance.

Continuous Improvement

Continuously challenging ourselves to improve the quality management system to guarantee product safety, prevent quality incidents and eliminate defects through the review of quality objectives and results.

Tunstall Nordic Environmental policy

Tunstall Nordics Management Group are fully committed to the protection of the environment, prevention of pollution, compliance with current environmental legislation and fulfilment of our compliance obligations.
Scope and context of this policy covers Tunstall Nordics whether it is in the office or at home based offices. The scope includes the design, installation and maintenance of products and services.
The context includes our environmental obligations to Employees, Customers, Suppliers, Contractors, Neighbors, Environmental Groups, Environment Agency and Local Council. The Environmental Management System (EMS) operated within Tunstall Nordics is designed to comply with the requirements of ISO
14001:2015. This policy is reviewed annually.

Our key commitments are to:
  • Ensure that good environmental management is an integral part of our business culture by communicating the EMS policy to all employees.
  • Strive to ensure that all employees, agency staff, contractors, are aware of the environmental impacts of our business and understand how we can work together in order to meet the needs of our business in a safe and sustainable manner. In this regard, we seek to provide leadership towards continual improvement.
  • Report and audit our environmental performance as a means to improve accountability and to drive continual improvement of our EMS.
  • Ensure that employees and other stakeholders are made aware of their individual responsibilities contained within our EMS by effective communication.
  • Ensure that the relevant needs and expectations of Interested Parties are considered and met if deemed required.
  • Maintain a high level of awareness of sustainability issues amongst our employees and integrate environmental management into training.
  • Meet or exceed all relevant Nordic, European and International legislative and regulatory requirements and agreements.
  • Ensure that goods and services are procured in a sustainable manner and encourage our suppliers and contractors to improve their own environmental performance.
